S B Virtual Office Services is a small business formed and run by Stephanie Bines. Stephanie is an experienced professional with a career grounded in Business Administration. Together with standard Secretarial qualifications, Stephanie has considerable IT and Quality Management knowledge and experience. She has studied and achieved `The Professional Certificate of Management' accreditation with the Open University.
